How to Use Your VIC Discount

• How do I use my VIC discount in-store?

To enjoy your VIC discount in-store, please provide the store staff with your registered mobile number and your 4-digit VIC card code.

• How do I get my VIC discount online?

You can easily generate your VIC discount coupon online by following these steps:

1. Click the Generate My VIC Coupon button.
2. Enter your registered mobile number and click Check My Eligibility.
3. If you are eligible, click Yes, Generate & Send to confirm your request.
4. Your VIC discount coupon will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
5. Enter your coupon code at checkout to enjoy your VIC discount on eligible items.

• What if I am not eligible for a VIC coupon?

If your registered mobile number is not eligible, you will receive a notification indicating that no VIC discount coupons are currently available for your number.

• Can I generate another VIC coupon?

You can request another VIC coupon after the 2-minute waiting period, subject to your VIC eligibility.

• What if my VIC code is not working?

If you experience any issues using your VIC discount in-store or online, please contact Sandro Customer Service at 01113663677, Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). We would be more than happy to assist you!

• If the customer's purchases during the last 2 years are between 75,000 L.E and 150,000 L.E, the customer is eligible for a 5% discount.
• From 150,000 L.E to 250,000 L.E, the customer is eligible for a 7% discount.
• From 250,000 L.E to 450,000 L.E, the customer is eligible for a 10% discount.
• From 450,000 L.E and above, the customer is eligible for a 15% discount.
• To maintain their current discount percentage, customers must spend at least the minimum required amount for their current tier within 2 years (based on their date of purchase). Otherwise, they will be downgraded to a lower tier.
• The discount is applicable only on full-priced items.
